This project stems from the desire to support those who, every day, devote their time to cancer research. We – who have been making Parmigiano Reggiano since 1953 – have decided to join forces with you, to make both excellent cheese and a great gesture of solidarity together. If you choose to join us in this experience, you’ll learn the secrets of the ancient art of cheesemaking and you will be making your two Parmigiano Reggiano wheels with your own hands. We will only add the time to age them and will store them for you until you decide to collect them.
